Layton Preparatory School is a private preparatory school opened in 2005 in Centreville, Delaware, United States.
Layton Preparatory School is a member of the Student Union, an organization also including Tower Hill School, Tatnall School, Archmere Academy, Sanford School, and Wilmington Friends School.
It is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools.
